1. Who we are and what we do

Citizenship & Co. Study is an independent university-admissions advisory. We help families and students plan for, prepare and submit applications to universities. We are advisors; the student is the applicant.

We are not a university, a recruitment agent or an examination body. We do not grant, sell or guarantee admission, scholarships, visas or any outcome. Admission is decided solely by each university, at its sole discretion, under its own rules.

2. Information only — not advice

The content of this website is provided for general information about university admissions. Nothing on this site constitutes legal, tax, immigration, financial or educational advice for a particular student, and nothing on it should be relied upon as such.

Using this website or submitting an assessment request does not by itself create an advisor–client relationship. We provide advisory services only under a separate, signed engagement letter that sets out the scope, fees, and terms of that specific engagement. In the event of any conflict, the engagement letter prevails over these terms for the services it covers.

3. University information is indicative and may change

Entry requirements, deadlines, tests, fees and visa rules are set by each university, examination body and government and change frequently. Anything of that kind described on this site is a general pattern drawn from public sources believed reliable; it may be out of date, and the university's own published information governs.

University names appear for identification only. Nothing on this site implies that any university is affiliated with, endorses, or works with Citizenship & Co. Study.

4. No guarantee of outcome

Admission, scholarships and visas are decided solely by the universities and authorities concerned. We do not and cannot guarantee an offer, a scholarship, a visa, a timeline, or any other outcome, and no fee is contingent on one.

We accept no commission, referral fee or other payment from any university, college, school or test provider in connection with any student.

5. Your responsibilities

If you engage us, you agree to:

• Provide information and documents that are true, accurate, complete, and not misleading.
• Ensure that every essay, statement and application submitted is the student's own work. We plan, question and edit; we do not write, and we will end an engagement rather than submit work that is not the student's.
• Meet each university's own deadlines and requirements; we track them, but the student submits.
• Take independent legal, tax and immigration advice where a decision depends on it.

6. Academic integrity

Universities treat applications written by someone other than the applicant as misconduct, and may withdraw offers or places on discovering it. We will not draft application content, arrange for it to be drafted, or assist with any misrepresentation of a student's record, and we will terminate any engagement where that is requested.

7. Intellectual property

The content of this site — including text, design, logos, and imagery — belongs to Citizenship & Co. or its licensors and is protected by intellectual-property law. You may view and print pages for your own personal, non-commercial reference. You may not otherwise copy, reproduce, republish, or exploit any part of the site without our written permission.

University names and marks are used for identification only and remain the property of the respective institutions.

8. Third-party links

This website may contain links to third-party websites, including university admissions pages. We provide these links for convenience only and do not control, endorse, or accept responsibility for the content or availability of those sites.

9. Acceptable use

You agree not to use this website unlawfully; not to attempt to gain unauthorized access to it or interfere with its operation; and not to submit false information or another person’s data without authority through our forms.

10. Limitation of liability

The website and its content are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including as to accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Citizenship & Co. Study accepts no liability for any loss or damage arising from your use of, or reliance on, the general information published on this website.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law. This clause does not affect the separate liability provisions agreed in an engagement letter for paid services.

11. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify Citizenship & Co. Study against any claims, losses, or costs arising from your breach of these terms or your misuse of the website.

12. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Dubai. Any dispute relating to these terms or to your use of this website is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Dubai, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rights you may have where you live.

13. Changes and severability

We may update these terms from time to time; the “last updated” date above shows when. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the revised terms. If any provision of these terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force.
