Admissions Diagnostic

Families who want an honest reading of where the student stands before committing to anything.

Typical span: Two weeks

A structured review of the student's academic record, activities, and goals, followed by a written roadmap: realistic target tiers, the gaps to close, and the calendar to the first deadline.

90-minute session with the student and parents

02 · One admissions cycle

Application Strategy

Students in their final two school years applying to a defined list of universities.

Typical span: Six to twelve months

End-to-end support through one application cycle: shortlist, course choice, essays and personal statement, references, admissions tests, and interview preparation — with a single advisor accountable throughout.

What is included

University and course shortlist, balanced across tiers
Essay and personal-statement coaching (the student writes; we edit and challenge)
Admissions-test planning (SAT/ACT, UCAT, LNAT, TMUA, subject tests as relevant)
Reference and teacher-recommendation guidance
Interview preparation with recorded practice sessions
Deadline management across UCAS, the Common App and direct applications

03 · Multi-year

Full Admissions Programme

Families planning early — from Year 10 / Grade 9 — who want the profile built deliberately, not in a final-year rush.

Typical span: Two to four years

Everything in Application Strategy, preceded by two or three years of profile development: subject choices, academic enrichment, summer programmes, research and leadership activities that reflect the student's genuine interests.

Annual profile plan reviewed each term
Subject-choice and curriculum guidance (IB, A-Level, AP, CBSE)
Enrichment, research and summer-programme selection
US and UK tracks run in parallel where both are in scope
Full application-cycle support in the final year

Fees

How we charge

Every engagement has a fixed fee and a written scope, agreed before any work starts and payable by the family. We do not accept commission, referral fees or any other payment from a university, college, school or test provider. We do not sell places, and no fee is contingent on an offer — an advisor whose income depends on where you apply is not independent.

In brief

Citizenship & Co. Study offers three fixed-fee engagements: an Admissions Diagnostic (about two weeks), an Application Strategy for one admissions cycle (six to twelve months), and a Full Admissions Programme from Year 10 (two to four years). Fees are quoted in writing after the assessment call and paid by the family, never by a university.
